Shipping within the UK

We endeavour to send out all orders placed before 14.30 on the day they are received.  This is not always the case, particularly at busy times of the year and around Christmas where we ask that you allow 2-5 working days for us to process your order. You will receive an email advising you when your order has been sent.

Your order will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class or by Courier, depending on the weight and size.  This is calculated automatically at checkout.

We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery and therefore if your order is placed after 14.30 on a Friday or over the weekend, your order will be sent out the following Monday.

Christmas Delivery UK

Our last guaranteed posting day before Christmas is Wednesday 21st December 2022

International Deliveries

Brexit information

Your order may be subject to local sales tax or VAT when it arrives in your country. You will be responsible for paying this fee. Some courier companies also charge an additional customs processing fee, which is also your responsibility. Unfortunately, we have no control over these additional charges.

Returns

We at 1973 would like you to be delighted with your goods, however if for any reason you are not, simply return the goods to us in a saleable condition within 28 days and we will refund you in full. However, you will be responsible for paying the return postage, unless the goods you have received are faulty.  In this incidence, we will fully re-imburse you for your return postage.

Please email us at hello@nineteenseventythree.com to advise us of your return. We highly recommend that you obtain proof of postage or send the goods using a tracked service. Please enclose a copy of your name and order number and return to the following address.

Once we have received your returned items, we will email you to advise and issue a refund to your original payment method. This usually takes 3-5 working days to be credited back to your account.

Any orders placed between the 1st November and the 31st December can be returned or exchanged until the following 31st January.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us a photo of it to hello@nineteenseventythree.com and we will advise you on returning the goods.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we do not except any returns or refunds on sale items.
